Job Overview: The Government Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the tendering process for government projects within the Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) sector. This role involves strategic planning, coordination, and submission of bids to secure government contracts. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills, a thorough understanding of PEB construction, and an ability to foster relationships with government agencies. Key Responsibilities: Tender Management: Lead and manage the entire tendering process for government contracts, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. Analyze tender documents and specifications to prepare comprehensive bid proposals. Strategic Planning: Develop and implement bidding strategies to enhance the company s competitiveness in government projects. Monitor and assess market trends and competitor activities related to government tenders. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and finance to gather necessary information for bids. Liaise with government officials and stakeholders to clarify project requirements and build strong relationships. Documentation and Compliance: Ensure all submitted tenders meet the highest standards of quality and compliance with governmental regulations. Maintain accurate records of all tender submissions and associated correspondence. Post-Tender Activities: Assist in contract negotiations and award processes following successful bids. Conduct post-tender analysis to identify areas for improvement in future submissions. Sheeting Detailer Checker with 10+ years experience Position Title : Sheeting Detailer Reports to : Senior Draftsman/Project Manager Location Faridabad Experience 10 years or above Salary As per industry norms Key Responsibilities: 1. Preparation of Detailed Drawings : o Create and modify detailed sheeting drawings for roofing, cladding, and wall systems based on project specifications. o Produce CAD drawings for the construction process. o Ensure the accurate representation of dimensions, materials, and sheeting systems on detailed drawings. 2. Technical Analysis Design : o Interpret architectural and structural plans to accurately draft sheeting details. o Assist in selecting appropriate materials, coatings, and finishes for sheeting systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards. o Work with engineers or project managers to refine and optimize design details as necessary. 3. Collaboration with Teams : o Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other design professionals to ensure all elements of the sheeting design align with the overall building specifications. o Provide technical support and advice on sheeting detailing to other departments or on-site teams. 4.
