The Job: As an eComm and PIM Manager, you ll be part of our Process Engineering team working as a hybrid employee. You ll get to: eCommerce Operations Own and drive eCommerce sales targets. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product Management) to execute effective marketing campaigns and enhance customer experience. Monitor, analyze, and report on eCommerce performance metrics such as website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue. Identify opportunities to improve eCommerce functionality and user experience by working with the IT team. PIM Implementation & Management Lead discovery workshops to define and manage product structures, taxonomy, and categories for the PIM system. Support the technical implementation of PIM, including data migration, integration, and quality assurance. Oversee daily PIM processes, ensuring accurate and enriched product data. Training & User Support Train customers and internal teams on the effective use of the eCommerce portal, PIM, and DAM systems. Create comprehensive documentation and user guides for new and existing users. Asset & User Management Manage assets and user permissions within the PIM and DAM systems. Serve as the subject matter expert and single point of contact for PIM, DAM, and eCommerce-related inquiries. Strategic Collaboration & Innovation Partner with Product Managers to ensure PIM data quality and consistency. Work closely with overseas teams and stakeholders to drive alignment and implement innovative solutions. The Person: You love to learn and grow and be acknowledged for your valuable contributions. You also have: Bachelor s/Master s degree in Engineering, Management, or a related field. 4-5 years of experience in eCommerce analysis, PIM implementation, or related roles. Hands-on experience with at least 1-3 full-cycle PIM system implementations. Proficiency in analytics tools (e. g. , Google Analytics) and project management tools. Strong understanding of product information management concepts, data structures, and taxonomy. Excellent communication, training, and presentation skills. Familiarity with software development lifecycles and agile methodologies is a plus. CAPM/PMP certification is advantageous but not mandatory.
