Job Role Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.Proficiency in using web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Hotjar, and Optimize.Solid understanding of conversion rate optimization principles and best practices.Experience conducting A/B and multivariate tests.Knowledge of user psychology and behavior, and ability to apply these principles to optimize website performance.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to improve conversion rates.Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment Thanks Contact - hiring@magnetoitsolutions.com
