Job role- E-Commerce Business AssociateAre you an e-commerce enthusiast with a knack for turning clicks into customers and data into decisions? Position Requirement: Managing Online Portals of the clients Manage online e commerce account of clients Responds to customer web inquiries regarding online merchandise or service orders Assists customers with product selection, answers basic questions, and suggests various productoptions that are available. Understanding client problems Ensures prompt and proper resolution of client queries by providing additional information or escalating the issue.
