We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Ecommerce Manager with 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing and optimizing performance across major online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, and Shopify websites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing e-commerce marketing strategies that drive sales, enhance brand visibility, and improve overall customer experience. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations and strategy for e-commerce platforms, including Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Myntra, Nykaa, and brand-owned Shopify websites. Monitor KPIs such as conversion rates, traffic, AOV, and ROI; implement data-driven decisions to boost revenue. Ensure all product listings are SEO-optimized, accurate, visually compelling, and up to date. Plan and execute marketplace promotions, seasonal campaigns, and ad strategies to maximize visibility and conversions. Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain teams to ensure stock accuracy and availability across platforms. Conduct regular analysis of competitors, pricing, and consumer trends to identify new growth opportunities. Enhance the user journey and post-purchase experience to drive loyalty and repeat purchases. Requirements 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations and digital marketing. Proficient in managing Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Meesho Supplier Panel, Myntra Partner Portal, Nykaa, and Shopify. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Helium 10 and keyword research platforms. Excellent understanding of online consumer behavior and e-commerce trends.
