Role: Senior Manager – Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Location: Jaipur Experience: 5-10 Years Budget- 15-18 LPA Role Overview: We are looking for a highly driven and experienced Senior Manager – Ecommerce & Digital Marketing to join our team in Jaipur. This individual will be responsible for managing and scaling our ecommerce operations, driving traffic and conversions through robust digital marketing strategies, and leading a high-performing team to achieve business objectives. Key Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end e commerce operations across all platforms (own website, marketplaces, etc.). Define and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, performance marketing, email campaigns, influencer marketing, etc.). Analyze performance metrics, identify trends, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Manage and mentor the e commerce and marketing team to ensure seamless execution of initiatives. Collaborate with creative, merchandising, logistics, and tech teams to enhance the online customer experience. Drive online sales targets and develop promotional strategies for brand visibility and growth. Manage budgets for digital advertising and e commerce marketing initiatives. Stay updated with e commerce trends, competitor activities, and digital innovations. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA preferred. 6–10 years of experience in e commerce and digital marketing, preferably in the fashion/lifestyle segment. Proven track record of successfully driving e commerce revenue and managing large-scale digital marketing campaigns. Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, and SEO tools. Strong analytical skills with a performance-driven mindset. Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills. Experience with Shopify, Magento, or similar e commerce platforms is a plus.
