Job Description:Coordinates the work with onsite/offshore team.Understanding customer requirements and creating Project Requirement Document (PRD).Oversees, and has accountability for the successful completion of all aspects of assigned project work.Conduct Scrum meetings, participate in backlog refinement meetings.Should be creating project plans, monitor the same, review estimates, identify risks, conducting RCAs.Should be able to exercise independent judgment and take the lead role on enterprise level project with minimal direction from a director or engagement manager.Should be able to effectively facilitate meetings, demonstrate brainstorming / consensus building skills, and interact with executive level project sponsors.Identifying time and cost deviations and creating change request accordingly.Must:-Familiarity to SDLC.Exposure to Agile Methodology, preferably CSM (Certified Scrum Master).Project Management SkillsCreating Executive Summaries and weekly status reports.Drafting Project Plans.Possesses excellent oral and written communication skills.Detail-oriented individual with the ability to quickly assimilate and apply new concepts, business models, and technologies.Knowledge of risk management process.To manage the project within cost and time budget.Good To have:-preferably PMP.Understanding and analyzing existing Process Flow.Understanding of Product Architecture and Design Best Practices.Requirements elicitation and documentationBasic Knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM, PSA, or ERP.
