Morning 10.00 to 6.30 working hours.We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Career Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding individuals in making informed educational and career choices based on their interests, strengths, and aspirations. Key Responsibilities: Conduct individual and group counseling sessions for students/professionals. Provide guidance on career planning, skill development, and job search strategies. Assist clients in setting realistic and achievable career goals. Maintain confidential records and prepare reports as needed. Organize career workshops, seminars, and networking events. Stay updated with labor market trends, education systems, and job opportunities. Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field. Certification in Career Counseling (preferred). Minimum of 1 or 2 years of experience in a similar role. Skills Required: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Empathetic and patient listener. Good knowledge of career development techniques and tools. Ability to motivate and guide people of diverse backgrounds. Familiarity with psychometric assessments and interpretation.
