Job Description Education Counsellor / Senior Counsellor / Admission Team Leader Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one counselling to students regarding academic and career options. Guide students in choosing the right educational path based on their interests and career goals. Stay updated on education trends and career opportunities to offer the best guidance. Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth. Sales Manager Responsibilities: Lead a team of 5-6 sales executives , ensuring their performance and sales targets are met. Develop and implement sales strategies to drive student enrollments. Monitor team performance , provide training, and motivate team members. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities. Ensure target achievement through effective planning and execution. Qualifications / Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Education Counsellor: At least 1 year of sales experience in education or a similar field. Sales Manager: Minimum 3 years of experience in sales with a proven track record of leading a team . Languages Required: Hindi, English, Marathi ( Gujarati preferred ). Skills: Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Target-oriented mindset. Ability to build good relationships with students & parents. Team management and motivation skills (for Sales Manager role).
