Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and highly communicative B2B Sales Executive to drive college outreach and student enrollment for our flagship IT training programs. This is a field-intensive role best suited for someone with strong college networks and a passion for education and career transformation. Key Responsibilities: College Outreach (Monday to Wednesday): Identify and contact colleges to schedule appointments with placement officers, deans, and HODs. Build and maintain strong relationships with college authorities. Strategically plan visits and outreach in assigned territories. College Visits and Student Pitching (Thursday to Saturday): Visit scheduled colleges and conduct on-ground seminars or classroom sessions. Present Aspire Tech Academy’s offerings to students in an engaging and persuasive manner. Convert student leads into course enrollments on the spot or through follow-ups. Maintain a record of visits, leads, and enrollments in the CRM system. Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to support enrollment goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in B2B or educational sales, preferably with exposure to college outreach. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language(s). Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Candidates with existing college contacts or networks will be highly preferred. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently in the field. Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory. Preferred Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
