Job Title: Educational Counsellor (Hybrid Work Model - WFH & Office) Location: [ "Remote + Office"] Experience Required: Minimum 1 years in educational counselling or a related field (Freshers not eligible) Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Educational Counsellor with excellent English communication skills to guide students in their academic and career decisions. The role offers a hybrid work model, allowing flexibility to work from home and the office. Key Responsibilities: Provide expert academic and career counselling to students. Assess student needs and recommend suitable educational pathways. Maintain strong communication with students, parents, and institutions. Stay updated on education trends, courses, and admission processes. Requirements: Proven experience in educational counselling (freshers will not be considered). Fluent in English (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently in a hybrid (WFH + office) setup.
