Job Description: β Identify and engage with working professionals across diverse industries to understand their educational needs and recommend suitable UG and PG courses from various universities. β Understand the needs of professionals, guide them through the program options, and ensure a seamless enrollment process. β Build and maintain relationships with potential learners through effective communication via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings. β Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, addressing their queries and providing detailed information about program benefits and career opportunities. β Maintain an organized database of interested professionals and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize enrollments. β Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to refine engagement strategies and optimize processes for higher education promotions. Job Specification: β Minimum 2 years of experience in career counseling, academic advising, or sales within the higher education sector, specifically promoting UG and PG courses. β Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with working professionals and university representatives. β Proficient in CRM tools for reporting, documentation, and data analysis.
