Strategic HR Planning: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives.2. Talent Acquisition: Manage recruitment, job postings, interviews, and onboarding.3. Employee Relations: Foster positive relations, handle grievances, and resolve conflicts.4. Performance Management: Develop and implement performance management systems.5. Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefits, including health insurance and retirement plans.6. Compliance: Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.7. Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs.8. Employee Communications: Communicate HR-related information to employees.9. HR Metrics and Analytics: Track and analyze HR metrics.10. Budgeting and Cost Control: Manage the HR budget.Requirements1. Education: Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.2. Experience: At least 2 years - maximum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in the study abroad industry.3. Certifications: SHRM-CP, PHR, or other relevant HR certifications.4. Skills: 1. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations. 2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. 3. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information. 4. Proficient in HR software, including HRIS, payroll, and benefits administration. 5.
