Role Overview:We are looking for dynamic and driven individuals to join us as SkillBridge Partners. In this role, you will serve as the vital link between student communities and our industry-relevant training programs. Your mission is to introduce our EdTech initiatives to colleges, engage with decision-makers, and build impactful collaborations that help students upskill and prepare for the workforce. Key Responsibilities:● Act as the face of our EdTech offerings in outreach efforts to colleges across Hyderabad and Bangalore.● Initiate cold calls and follow-up conversations with TPOs, placement cells, and academic leaders.● Present our career-oriented training programs and explain the value they offer to students and institutions.● Convert leads into successful collaborations by securing deals and drafting formal agreements.● Track outreach progress, maintain engagement reports, and ensure smooth onboarding of colleges.● Operate remotely or in a hybrid capacity (preferred candidates from Hyderabad for on-ground activities) Who Can Apply:● Students or recent graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills.● Passionate about education, student empowerment, and consultative sales.● Comfortable making cold calls and working toward outreach/conversion targets.● Fluent in English Committed to a 6-month internship and excited about a potential full-time opportunity.
