3d routing & packaging o Expertise in CATIA V5 Electrical for 3d wiring harness routing. Extensive design experience of Electrical routings & packagingo Creation if packaging conceptso Expertise of Electrical components packaging and integration (Bracket d esign)o Clash analysis, DMU. Expertise in design of clamps, brackets, panels, grommets, seals, fuse box & channels for wiring harness at desired locations. Knowledge of DFMEA Knowledge of Infofitment drawing preparation. Selection of proper retention item s (e.g. retention clips, cable ties, etc.) while 3D model routing. Selection of harness coverings (e.g. conduit, tape, premium sle eving, etc.) based on 3D model routing and packaging and surrounding geometry. Good knowledge of PLM Release in PLM ECN manage ment.
