In this role, you will manage and optimize the operational relationships with our cloud technology partners, ensuring the smooth execution of joint programs and strategic initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, cloud service providers, and cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support the scaling of cloud solutions for our customers. Key Responsibilities: Partner Operations Relations Management: Act as the primary operational contact for cloud partners, ensuring smooth communication and alignment of goals and processes. Collaborate with alliance managers internally to develop business plans, identify and apply for credentials for the company, and deliver solutions that meet partner requirements. Monitor and manage the partner ecosystem, ensuring timely execution of commitments, joint offerings, and go-to-market initiatives. Cloud Program Management: Assist the implementation and execution of cloud-related programs and campaigns, including joint marketing initiatives, product enablement, and training programs. Ensure timely reporting on cloud partner metrics, including sales performance, cloud adoption, and service delivery. Assist in the development of new cloud solutions, working with both partners and internal stakeholders to design, test, and roll out new offerings. Operational Efficiency: Oversee the day-to-day operations of partner engagements, ensuring efficient execution of cloud partner programs. Track partner performance, ensuring adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and operational processes. Work with internal teams to ensure alignment of cloud partner strategies with overall business objectives. Address operational bottlenecks and optimize workflows to enhance partner experience. Data Reporting: Track and analyze cloud partner performance data to derive insights and improve partner relationships and program execution. Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership, detailing partner performance, program progress, and any operational challenges. Leverage data to propose improvements, optimize cloud partner operations, and drive overall business growth. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes and tools related to partner management. Work on the automation of repetitive tasks, improve the partner onboarding process, and enhance cloud service delivery. Implement best practices and maintain up-to-date documentation to support cloud partner operations. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (MBA preferred). Experience: Preferred 1-3 years of experience in cloud operations, partner management, or related fields. Preferred experience in managing cloud technology partnerships (e.g. Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure). Understanding with cloud service delivery, operational processes, and LD Management is a plus Clear understanding of cloud infrastructure, services, and solutions is preferred Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical teams. Analytical mindset with a strong ability to gather data, analyze trends, and present actionable insights. Familiarity with cloud platforms, cloud operations tools, and partner management systems.
