Role & responsibilities Designation: Learning Designer Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore We are looking for a Learning Designer to join our Learning Design and Development team in HSR Layout, Bangalore. Responsibilities: Research, design, and provide domain expertise to create engaging learning material. Interact effectively with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs). Analyze, resolve, and anticipate complex challenges in technologies, frameworks, and platforms. Present multifaceted concepts in an easy-to-understand format for a global audience. Desired Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields from a reputed institute. Programming certification from a recognized institute is a plus. Basic knowledge of C, C++, OOPS, RDBMS, and Java programming. Knowledge of cloud computing and services like AWS & Azure is an advantage. 1-3 years of experience in programming/technology or related fields. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams in a dynamic environment.
