Job Description

We are seeking a skilled eLearning Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of high-quality eLearning content. As an eLearning Developer, you will work closely with subject matter experts, instructional designers, and multimedia specialists to create engaging and interactive learning experiences. You will utilize your expertise in eLearning authoring tools, multimedia production, and instructional design principles to develop effective online courses and modules. Responsibilities: Collaborate with instructional designers and subject matter experts to understand learning objectives and translate them into engaging eLearning content. Design and develop interactive eLearning modules using authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software. Create multimedia elements, including audio, video, and animations, to enhance the learning experience. Apply instructional design principles to ensure effective sequencing, pacing, and interactivity within the eLearning content. Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure the accuracy and functionality of the developed eLearning courses. Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in eLearning development to enhance the learning experiences. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Instructional Design, eLearning, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience in eLearning development, including proficiency in authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, or similar software. Strong understanding of instructional design principles and adult learning theory. Proficiency in multimedia production tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, etc.). Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for visual and interactive design. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
