We are hiring...!! LIVIO Building System is looking for an Electrical Bim Modeler. Required Skill Set: Auto Cad , Revit, and Microsoft Office Qualifications: Graduate/ BE in Electrical Engineering Work Experience: 5-8 years in the US construction industry We are seeking a skilled Electrical Bim Modeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, detail, monitoring installation of electrical systems integrated into our cold-form steel composite wall panels. This role involves collaborating with other engineering disciplines to ensure that electrical systems meet project specifications, code regulation and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop electrical systems for cold-form steel composite wall panels. Coordinate with other streams to integrate rough plumbing and electrical systems seamlessly. Conduct feasibility studies and prepare technical specifications for electrical installations. Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code (NEC) and local electrical codes and standards like National Fire Protection Association (NFPA). Perform site assessments to determine electrical system requirements. Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues during the manufacturing process. Collaborate with project managers and other engineers to ensure timely project completion. Prepare documentation, including design drawings, specifications, and reports. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in field electrical engineering, preferably in the construction or manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge of electrical codes and standards(US practice). Experience with BIM 360,Revit software for electrical design. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
