Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES: • Develop BIM models for MEP services from design stage (LOD 300) to as-built (LOD 500) stage and coordinate between all other services. • Ability to generate various Mechanical layouts, sections, elevations and details Clash detection and coordination using Navisworks • Responsible for assisting the BIM leads and Senior BIM Modelers. • Responsible for the quality and quantity of work done. • Report to the Senior BIM Modelers and BIM leads. • Raise potential issues in project then and there to the Senior BIM Modelers and BIM leads. • Documentation of the project files. • Direct responsibilities given during the course of time by managers. • Extract BOQ from the REVIT file.
