Role & responsibilities Job Description : Expertise with product Design & Development, Concept Design and hands on calculation of the design. Develop the electrical components considering cost & safety. To complete electrical deliverable like wiring diagram, bill of material, PLC programing, logic, electrical layouts etc. Conduct FMEA. Identify and select electrical materials needed for production. Test prototype collect design data and validate. Obtain approval on Product Designed. Prepare Bill of Material and drawings for production. Work with production team to evaluate process. Required extremely strong ownership capabilities to handle complete design project & responsible to deliver results. Reverse Engineering. Product testing and certification program as per standard. Qualities Required: Leadership quality and self-starter Working knowledge of AutoCAD (2D/3D), PLC, Scada. Should able to read thoroughly Engineering Design & Related books. Strong analytical & problem solving skill. Good understanding of manufacturing processes. Qualification: Degree / Diploma in Electronics / Production. Working 6 days working
