Job Description

Role & responsibilities Develop and design control architectures for industrial robots, ensuring integration with mechanical and software systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and refine control system requirements. Create and maintain electrical schematics and layouts using design tools such as EPLAN. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations in control system designs. Optimize control architectures for efficiency, reliability, and scalability. Design control panels for industrial robots, including component selection, layout, and wiring diagrams. Integrate electrical components such as PLCs, drives, sensors, and actuators into control panels. Coordinate with procurement and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and accurate sourcing of components. Conduct simulations and testing of control panels to validate functionality and performance. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to control panel design and implementation Preferred candidate profile Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and project tracking. Expertise in creating presentations and reports using Microsoft PowerPoint. In-depth understanding of control systems, automation technologies, and industrial robotics. Problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex electrical issues. Knowledge of industry standards and best practices in electrical design and safety. Proficiency in EPLAN for electrical design and documentation.
