Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer with 4-5 years of professional experience to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of electrical systems, design, and troubleshooting, along with practical experience in managing electrical projects. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure electrical designs meet project requirements. Manage the implementation of electrical systems from concept to completion. Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality of electrical components and systems. Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations. Perform testing, commissioning, and validation of electrical systems. Identify and resolve electrical system issues and troubleshoot malfunctions. Use diagnostic tools and software to monitor electrical performance. Provide technical support for electrical system operations and maintenance. Conduct regular system inspections and recommend improvements or upgrades. Optimize system performance for efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and safety. Ensure electrical designs and installations comply with industry safety standards, regulations, and codes. Conduct safety audits and contribute to a culture of safety in the workplace. Experience in maintenance of HT/LT System including HT/LT Panels, Transformers, Diesel Generating Sets, Solar generation etc. Knowledge of DISCOM rules & their working systems.
