Job description Job Title: Field Service Engineer Experience: Fresher to 4 Years Salary: Up to 4 LPA Location: Bangalore (Field-based role) Job Overview: We are looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our team. This is a completely field-based role requiring hands-on troubleshooting and servicing of Home Automation related equipment. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of electrical systems, be comfortable travelling, and possess strong interpersonal skills. Key Responsibilities: Perform installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of the equipment. Visit customer sites for servicing, repairs, and technical support. Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently. Ensure proper documentation of service reports. Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams. Adhere to company policies and safety standards during field visits. Requirements: Education: Diploma/ITI/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field (preferred). Experience: 0 to 4 years of relevant experience in field service or electrical maintenance. Skills: Basic electrical knowledge, problem-solving skills, and adaptability. Personal Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a willingness to learn. Other Requirements: A two-wheeler is mandatory for commuting to client locations.
