Job Title: Electrical Engineer Location : Remote Experience : 3 to 5 Years Industry : Solar / Renewable Energy / Power Transmission Department : Project Execution / Site Engineering Company : ILIOS Power (Solar EPC Company) Job Summary: ILIOS Power is looking for a dedicated and experienced Electrical Engineer to manage and oversee the erection and commissioning of 33kV transmission lines for our solar power projects. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in electrical engineering, with hands-on experience in transmission line execution , particularly within the solar sector. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and execute the erection and commissioning of 33kV transmission lines for solar projects as per approved drawings and technical specifications. Coordinate with civil, electrical, and structural teams for smooth execution at site. Plan daily activities, monitor project schedules, and ensure timely completion of transmission line works. Handle material inspection, erection, stringing, sagging, and testing of transmission line components (towers, poles, conductors, insulators, etc.). Ensure compliance with all safety standards, statutory requirements, and quality procedures during construction activities. Liaise with government utilities and local authorities (DISCOMs, CEIG, etc.) for statutory inspections and approvals. Maintain detailed site execution reports, including work progress, quality checks, and incident reports. Troubleshoot technical issues during erection and provide timely solutions to ensure smooth progress. Assist in procurement planning of materials and equipment related to 33kV transmission lines. Ensure proper documentation and handover of transmission lines post-completion. Key Requirements: Education : B. Tech / B.E. in Electrical Engineering. Experience : 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the execution of 33kV transmission lines. Industry Exposure : Preference will be given to candidates from the Solar EPC background. Strong understanding of electrical drawings, transmission line standards, and erection methodologies. Good knowledge of relevant Indian standards (IS), CEA regulations, and safety norms.
