Role & responsibilities Operations & Maintenance Conduct preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance for EV charging stations and substations. Perform routine inspections, testing, and diagnostics of electrical equipment, including transformers, switchgear, circuit breakers, and protection relays. Identify and troubleshoot faults in power systems, ensuring quick resolution to minimize downtime. Monitor and analyze performance data to optimize operational efficiency. Technical Support & Troubleshooting Respond to operational issues and service requests from field teams and control centers. Diagnose equipment failures and coordinate necessary repairs or replacements. Work with SCADA, IoT, and other remote monitoring tools to detect and resolve system anomalies. Compliance & Safety Adhere to safety standards (e.g., IEEE, IEC, NEC, OSHA) and company protocols. Conduct safety inspections, risk assessments, and compliance checks. Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, incident reports, and compliance records. Coordination & Reporting Work closely with O& amp;M teams, vendors, and utility providers to manage maintenance activities. Provide regular reports on system performance, maintenance schedules, and operational challenges. Support asset management and inventory tracking for spare parts and consumables. Emergency & Crisis Management Participate in emergency response activities for power failures, breakdowns, or extreme weather conditions. Support disaster recovery planning and execution. Preferred candidate profile BE or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in electrical maintenance, power distribution, or EV charging station operations. Strong understanding of power systems, transformers, circuit breakers, and switchgear. Experience with SCADA, IoT-based monitoring, and fault diagnostics. Knowledge of EV charging standards (e.g., IEC 61851, CHAdeMO, CCS, GB/T) is a plus. Knowledge of renewable energy integration and battery storage systems is a plus. Perks and benefits PF ESI
