Role & re Area of expertise • Manage end to end procurement process of all infra related projects, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, DG sets, CCTV, Fire safety, Sanitary ware, Pumps etc. • Floating of Tenders, bid evaluation, Evaluating the Terms and Conditions of the Contract along with Technical Specification, Contract negotiation and Award of works. • Reviewing the Tender drawings, Single line diagram, GFC and Bill of quantities, Technical specifications, and list of approved makes agreed internally. • Attend the design review meetings anf giving inputs for the GFC. • Review the method of statement, shop drawings given by vendor prior to consultant and comment the discrepancies. • Coordinating between the architects & consultants regarding the project issues. • Coordinating with the internal team and giving clearance to the contractors to start and complete the project activities. • Review of day to day execution work at site from the vendors. • Follow up for the timely release of orders. • Comprehensive experience in managing MEP services including Billing and Procurement. • Conduct site visits and inspection to ensure quality and on time handovers. • Develop and maintain the list of approved vendors to track quality of supplies/equipment, encourage competitive pricing and ensure timely awards and execution of contracts • Planning, procurement, execution, and commissioning of external electrical systems, 66 KV substations, LT panels, DG Synchronization, and 11KV yards with necessary govt approvals. • Execution of water supply, drainage, storm water pipelines, sewage treatment plants, and hydropneumatics systems. • Experience in executing fire hydrants, sprinkler systems, FAS, and public-address systems. • Experience in Installation and commissioning of chillers, AHUs, ducting, piping, and related systems for large-scale projects. • Lead the execution of a 0.8 MW rooftop solar project with necessary government approvals. • Proficient in preparing technical specifications, BOQs, single-line diagrams, and material inspection reports. • Expertise in managing multiple stakeholders including architects, structural engineers, consultants, and vendors for seamless execution. • Secured required approvals for various large-scale projects such as substations, DG sets, and solar projects. • Skilled in the installation and commissioning of nitrogen storage tanks, process chillers, and heat pump systems. • Expertise in ensuring all installations and executions comply with local regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices, securing necessary approvals from relevant authorities. • Adept at identifying potential issues during project execution and implementing proactive solutions to mitigate risks, ensuring timely delivery and cost efficiency. sponsibilities Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
