Job description Key Responsibilities: Repair Machines & Cranes with Electrical Issues: 1. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair electrical faults and malfunctions in machines and cranes. 2. Ensure that all repairs are completed to high standards to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency. Conduct Scheduled Maintenance Checks: 1.Perform regular, planned inspections of electrical systems, machinery, and cranes to ensure they are functioning correctly and safely. 2. Identify any potential issues during maintenance checks and take proactive steps to address them. Pre-inform for Maintenance Checks: 1. Notify supervisors or relevant personnel at least one month in advance about upcoming maintenance activities. 2. Coordinate with other departments to ensure that maintenance schedules are aligned with operational needs. Prepare Cost Sheets & Time Sheets: 1. Develop detailed cost sheets for each repair and maintenance activity, including labor, materials, and other associated costs. 2. Maintain accurate time sheets that record the time spent on repairs and maintenance tasks. Desirable profile: 1. B.Tech electrical Engineer. 2. Minimum experience of 3-5 years. 3. Experience with CNC Machines & Crane maintenance.
