Optima offers a range of products, including Diamond Wire Saw Machines designed for the challenging Indian conditions. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Electrical, Mechanical & Chemical Diploma Holder at Optima Diamond Tools Pvt Ltd located in GIDC Waghodia Vadodara. The role will involve maintenance, mechanical engineering tasks, Technical, inspection, and automotive-related responsibilities. Operate and monitor auto wire plating machines and other relevant machine according to standard operating procedures. Conduct basic troubleshooting and identify machine malfunctions. Ensure the quality of plated wire meets specified standards. Maintain accurate production records and logs. Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth production flow. Participate in training programs to enhance operational knowledge and skills. Shift Requirements: Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment (8-hour shifts). Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as per the shift schedule. Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineering. Proficiency in running computers (basic software operation, data entry). Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Good communication skills. Preferred (But Not Required) Skills: Basic understanding of manufacturing processes. Training Provided: Comprehensive on-the-job training covering machine operation, quality control, safety procedures, and relevant industry knowledge. Annual Package : We offer a competitive starting salary with a base of ₹1,82,000 per annum .
