Urgent hiring for Electrical panel design Position: Electrical panel design Experience- 2+ years Ctc- 6 lpa (depends on interview) Working Days- 6 days (9:30 am-6:30pm) Location: Thane, Mumbai Department: Engineering / Design Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Design Engineer to join our Electrical Panel Design team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end design of LT panels, control panels, and distribution boards, ensuring compliance with customer specifications, relevant standards, and best engineering practices. Key Responsibilities: Understand client requirements and technical specifications for electrical panels. Design and develop electrical panel layouts, single line diagrams (SLD), GA (General Arrangement) drawings, and wiring schematics using AutoCAD. Select appropriate components (breakers, contactors, relays, meters, etc.) as per project specifications and application. Perform load calculations, cable sizing, and protection coordination. Ensure compliance with applicable standards and safety norms. Prepare detailed BOM (Bill of Materials) and assist the procurement team in sourcing. Coordinate with the production team for design clarification and issue resolution during panel assembly. Support FAT (Factory Acceptance Testing) and provide documentation including test reports, wiring diagrams, and operation manuals. Revise designs based on feedback from internal teams or clients. Stay updated with the latest trends in electrical components and panel design. Qualifications: Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering or related field. 2–3 years of experience in electrical panel design. Proficient in AutoCAD Electrical. Knowledge of electrical standards like IEC, IS, IEEE, UL, etc. Familiarity with PLC/automation panel design. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Effective communication and teamwork abilities. Desirable Skills: Hands-on knowledge of power distribution, MCC, PCC, APFC, AMF, and PLC panels. Ability to work on multiple projects with tight deadlines. Familiarity with panel testing, commissioning, and site support.
