Production Engineer – Electrical Panel Manufacturing Industry: Heavy-Duty Electrical Panel Board Manufacturing Work Location: Bakrol-Bujarang, Ta: Daskroi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat – 382430 Experience: 2 to 5 years (minimum 1 year in a similar field is mandatory) Education: Diploma or B.E. in Electrical Engineering Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on skills and experience) Preferred Candidate Location: East Ahmedabad Key Responsibilities: Oversee and manage day-to-day production activities for electrical panel boards Ensure timely completion of projects with adherence to quality standards Read and interpret electrical drawings, layouts, and wiring diagrams Coordinate with the design and procurement teams to ensure component availability Supervise shop floor technicians and ensure proper assembly procedures Conduct quality checks and ensure compliance with industry and safety standards Report progress and issues to senior management regularly Required Skills: Strong knowledge of LT/HT control panels, power distribution boards, and wiring practices Hands-on experience with electrical tools, panel testing, and troubleshooting Ability to manage production schedules and manpower Good communication and team coordination skills Basic computer proficiency for reporting and documentation Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Leave encashment Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Yearly bonus Education: Diploma (Preferred) Experience: Production Engineer – Electrical Panel Boards: 2 years (Preferred) Location: Bakrol, Ahmedabad, Gujarat (Preferred) Work Location: In person
