Electrical Project Manager

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities: Lead and manage the execution of the BREDA Street Light Project , ensuring timely completion and compliance with specifications. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and commissioning of electrical street lighting systems. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution. Ensure adherence to safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all project activities. Monitor project progress, track budgets, and report deviations or risks. Manage procurement, logistics, and inventory of materials required for the project. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide engineering solutions. Prepare project documentation, including progress reports, technical drawings, and compliance reports. Train and supervise field engineers, technicians, and site workers. Ensure efficient resource allocation and cost-effective execution of the project. Key Skills: Strong knowledge of electrical systems, street lighting projects, and energy-efficient lighting solutions. Expertise in project planning, execution, and quality control. Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and technical drawings. Proficiency in project management tools and software (MS Project, AutoCAD, etc.). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing government projects or renewable energy initiatives is preferred. Perks and benefits
