Job Title: Electrical Sales Assistant Location: Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh Industry: Electrical Equipment / Transformer Manufacturing Salary: Up to ₹50,000/month (based on experience and qualifications) Employment Type: Full-time Company Overview: A leading transformer manufacturing company based in Nalagarh, specializing in power and distribution transformers for industrial, commercial, and utility applications. We are expanding our sales operations and looking for a motivated Electrical Sales Assistant to support our growing client base and internal team. Job Summary: The Electrical Sales Assistant will support the sales team by handling customer queries, preparing quotations, managing sales documentation, and coordinating between departments. A technical understanding of transformers and electrical equipment is essential. Key Responsibilities: Assist in promoting and selling power and distribution transformers and related products. Respond to client inquiries, prepare technical and commercial quotations. Coordinate with the design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure accurate and timely order execution. Maintain records of customer interactions, inquiries, quotations, and sales transactions. Follow up with clients for order confirmations, payments, and feedback. Support the Sales Manager in developing new business opportunities in industrial and utility sectors. Monitor competitor products and market trends in the transformer industry. Ensure all customer documentation and sales reports are updated regularly. Qualifications & Skills Required: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering. 1–3 years of experience in sales or technical support, preferably in the transformer or electrical equipment industry. Strong understanding of transformer specifications and applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of CRM/ERP systems is an advantage. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits, if required.
