Job Description

Role & responsibilities Supervise Electrical installation, oversee the installation, testing and commissioning of electrical systems including wiring, cabling and equipment. Supervise & ooordinate with the site team and electrical contractors Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes & standards Conduct site inspections to monitor electrical work progress & quality Identfy and resolve Electrical issues, defects or faults. Maintain accurate records of Electrical work including installations , repairs and maintenance Handover and Maintenance of Electrical system After possession, client complaint resolution Preferred candidate profile Minimum 2 to 3 years experience in Real Estate company as Electrical Supervisor Perks and benefits Attractive monthly variable incentives Medical Insurance facility
