Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities 1. Perform routine inspection, preventive maintenance, and repairs of electrical systems in QSR environments (e.g., kitchen equipment, lighting, HVAC controls, circuit breakers, etc.) 2. Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues quickly to minimize downtime. 3. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and wiring diagrams. 4. Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and company standards. 5. Install and maintain restaurant equipment including fryers, ovens, grills, freezers, and beverage dispensers. 6. Coordinate with contractors and vendors for major repairs or installations. 7. Maintain accurate service and maintenance logs. 8. Respond to emergency maintenance requests in a timely manner. 9. Support general maintenance work as needed (e.g., basic plumbing, HVAC, or facility upkeep). 10. plans, monitors, install the full range of heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration equipment by means of energy management system 11. troubleshoot/ maintain/ modify and repair the HVAC equipments including reciprocating chillers, heat exchangers, fans, motors, pump, electric and pneumatic controls 12. perform all duties which assigned by supervisor/ manager 13. preventive maintenance schedule to be follow 14. Maintain the spares related to electricals / Hardware’s 15. Log the complaint to AMC vendors & follow up with them
