Job Description : Electrician (Male) - Plywood Industry Location: Yamunanagar Working Hours: 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month Minimum Qualification: ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Male Electrician to join our plywood manufacturing unit in Yamunanagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of all electrical systems and machinery within the factory to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Key Responsibilities: Perform routine inspection and maintenance of all electrical equipment, machinery, and wiring systems in the plywood plant. Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical malfunctions and breakdowns efficiently and effectively. Carry out repairs and replacements of faulty electrical components, including motors, control panels, wiring, and other related equipment. Assist in the installation of new electrical systems and machinery as per technical specifications and safety standards. Ensure all electrical work complies with relevant safety regulations and industry best practices. Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and electrical inventory. Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and ensure continuous production. Respond promptly to emergency electrical issues and take necessary corrective actions. Adhere to company policies and procedures, including health and safety guidelines. Requirements: Minimum ITI or Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution. Proven experience as an Electrician, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of industrial electrical systems, motor control circuits, and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) basics. Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings. Proficiency in using various electrical testing equipment and tools. Sound knowledge of electrical safety standards and procedures. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Physical fitness and ability to work long hours (12-hour shift) in an industrial setting. Only male candidates will be considered for this position.
