Job Summary:We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Team Leader- Real Estate Sales to lead, motivate, and manage a team of real estate sales professionals. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the team meets its revenue targets.Key Responsibilities:Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market penetration. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify potential clients, nurture relationships, and ensure exceptional customer service. Target Achievement: Monitor team performance, set sales goals, and ensure targets are met within deadlines. Training & Development: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer engagement. Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on market trends, property pricing, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies. Site Visits & Presentations: Organize and conduct property site visits, sales presentations, and closing negotiations. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales performance, client interactions, and revenue reports. Key Requirements:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 1-2 years in a leadership role. Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Ability to work under pressure and handle a fast-paced sales environment.
