Youre proactive, comfortable managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and keen to directly impact Eleos' growth.ResponsibilitiesABM & ABS Execution: Plan, execute, and manage targeted marketing and sales campaigns to engage and convert strategic accounts.Sales Support: Prepare tailored sales materials, presentations, and data-driven insights to assist the sales team in closing deals.CRM Management: Maintain and optimise our CRM, ensuring accurate data, effective tracking, and clear visibility of pipeline activities.Lead Generation: Identify, segment, and prioritise accounts aligned with Eleos' ideal customer profile (ICP).Performance Analysis: Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of ABM and ABS initiatives, recommending improvements based on data.Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with the US, UK, and Portugal marketing and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging and streamlined operations.What You BringExperience: At least two years in sales or marketing operations, specifically with hands-on experience in ABM and ABS.CRM Skills: Proficient in managing and optimising CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) for effective lead management and reporting.Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, measure campaign performance, and make informed decisions based on insights.Organisation & Initiative: Strong project management skills, highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities.Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
