Plan and distribute work assignment in the team in charge in accordance with both demand and company procedures.,Supervise and control the execution of new installation and modernizations works, methods, materials and documentation. Develop resource planning including objectives, costs, scheduling, resource and capacity, quality and safety assurance.Manage customer communication and compliance with Fulfilment Plus process. Manage tasks to achieve the objectives on time and within the cost target by strictly enforcing quality, safety, and customer satisfaction throughout the entire duration of the works. Proven experience in elevator construction projects, with a strong understanding of elevator systems and components. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse project teams and stakeholders.
