Role & responsibilities - Identify, approach and engage potential B2B clients in the transport sector- Understand client needs and explain how our software can solve real operational problems- Generate leads through cold calls, networking and industry research- Set up meetings, give demos and support the full sales cycle from pitch to closing- Collaborate with product and marketing teams for tailored sales strategies- Maintain and update the CRM with accurate sales activity and pipeline tracking- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targetPreferred candidate profile - 12 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in IT, SaaS or software solutions- Strong communication & presentation skills you know how to make a lasting impression- A self-starter who loves targets and thrives on client success- Comfortable with cold outreach, product demos and relationship-building- Curious about tech and eager to grow in a fast-moving companyPerks and benefits - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field- Experience with CRM tools is a plus- Understanding of the transport industry is an added advantage
