Position Vacant OR Designation *Assistant Accounts Manager (MALE)No. of vacancies1 Job Description / Responsibilities * Handling Overall Accounts and Finance Activities, bank reconcillation, receivables and payables, Processing Payrolls workings as per PF, ESIC norms and other deductions.Preparing monthly fundflow, cashflow reports, handling working capital, MIS reports, Inventory control, Well versed in TDS and GST data and return submission Experience in managing Monthly stock and verification and valuation of physical stock .Interacting with Bank, vendors and customers, Support in recovering outstanding paymentsPrepare and summarize all the transaction reports and financial status which includes a balance sheet, profit & loss statement, Tax Audit, GST Returns. Assisting & coordinating with legal team CA & CS & support in Resolving pending Issues relating to Income Tax , Sales TAX by visiting various Govt offices.Present financial reports to higher management and Accountants.Stay up to date knowledge of the latest business trends.Analyze the financial statements for any discrepancies and issues.& Identify errors and take actions for improvement.Analyze inter company transactions, bank statements and generate invoices & Review accounting systems and make suggestions for improvements.Experience in handling Exports, Imports & Working on Insurance, Loan Agreements , Overdrafts , Contracts renewal.Secures financial information by completing database backups& Protects organizations value by keeping information confidential.Delegate Financial responsibilities to accounting team and having excellent managerial and leadership skillsProvide support in the month-end and year-end closing process. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Accounting, CA-Inter, MBA Finance or relevant field.5+ years of experience working as a Senior Accountant or Accounting Supervisor.
