On Third Party Payroll Role & responsibilities : To look into the day-to-day functions of the service-related jobs and resolve day-to-day issues in the specified Customer.Execute the service plan effectively by maintaining a close co-ordination with the Service Team leader.To provide service to customers, discuss with them, make route cause analysis, and give presentations to customer to improve life cycle of the Product.Resolve issues at the specified customer and also be carry out day to day functions of service related jobHandle Customer Complaint (Warranty/ Goodwill/ Others) and ensure proper logging into SQR data baseEnsure and meet the target response timeProvide customer training for better up time of the productCo-ordinate with service sales team for proper execution of service planGuide/Assist service technicians to perform duties effectivelyMange the key accounts directly and ensures customer satisfactionArrange for customer presentations to improve product life cycleCo-ordinate with Project team for installation of machines allocated to serviceAnalyze the problems and guide the team accordinglyEnsure Safety Health and Environment compliance at on site workshopFind out the red-flags and analyze the root cause for failuresProvide support to the aftermarket sales team in lead generations for AMCs and Spare partsTo handle and administer various different techniques of service processes with regard to IMSOn site knowledge of Handheld, Fixture spindle, pneumatic, software product, QAT tools and accessoriesPreferred candidate profile :experience in Service and Maintenance in Motor vehicle or other industries.Experience in servicing or maintenance of tools will be an added advantage. Knowledge and skill to repair and install equipment on site.Education:Diploma or degree holders in engineering (Electrical & Electronic, mechatronics) with working knowledge of English
