Role Overview: We are seeking a senior-level Email Deliverability Specialist who has a proven track record of cracking bulk cold email campaigns in the USA . You should have experience managing large-scale campaigns and consistently achieving 5% or higher positive response rates . Key Responsibilities: Build, manage, and optimize high-volume cold email outreach. Monitor sender reputation, domain health, inboxing rates, and spam triggers. Use A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization to improve open and reply rates. Consistently drive at least 200+ positive responses/day (i.e., replies requesting resumes/profiles). Stay updated with USA-specific compliance, spam regulations, and deliverability best practices. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in high-volume cold email marketing (preferably for B2B USA markets). Hands-on with tools. Proven success in achieving >5% positive reply rates from decision-makers. Analytical and metrics-driven with deep understanding of email algorithms. Preferred: Experience in the staffing/recruitment industry Ability to scale campaigns and train junior team members.
