The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing our email campaigns to drive engagement and conversions. Manage and maintain email databases and ensure data accuracy. Segment lists based on behavior, demographics, and campaign requirements. Analyze campaign performance metrics and suggest improvements. Coordinate with content and design teams to create impactful email content. Ensure email content is aligned with brand guidelines and optimized for deliverability. Stay updated with industry trends and email marketing best practices. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or any related field. Excellent communication skills – written and verbal (mandatory). Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of email marketing platforms like Mailchimp, Sendinblue, etc., is a plus. Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. Self-motivated, proactive, and a team player.
