Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Email Marketing Executive to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for improving the conversion rate at different stages in the consumer lifecycle via Email Communication. Job Role : Plan and implement automated Email communication flow to increase engagement and conversion at different stages in the consumer journey. Define clear KPIs for evaluating the performance of implemented strategies. Monitor, report, and analyze performance to improve conversion rates, increase ROI, prevent contact fatigue, and optimize content strategy and journey. Develop and execute email marketing strategies to increase engagement, conversion, and revenue. Create and design email campaigns, including templates, content, and graphics. Segment and target email lists to maximize campaign effectiveness. Test and optimize email campaigns for deliverability and performance. Analyze and report on campaign metrics, such as open and click-through rates. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and new technologies to improve email marketing efforts. Collaborate with other departments, such as Data Analytics, PPC, and Learner Engagement, to ensure campaigns align with overall business objectives. Skills: Proven track record of developing and implementing successful email marketing campaigns. Strong knowledge of email marketing platforms and tools, such as Mailchimp, Sendinblue, and Marketo. Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization techniques. Strong analytical skills, including experience with email marketing metrics and data analysis. Education: Bachelor s Degree in Computers 2+ year of experience in a relevant domain
