Opportunity to work with a skilled and passionate team Exposure to international clients and diverse projects Supportive management and clear career progression paths Access to ongoing training and development programs Requirements: 2+ years of experience in email marketing, preferably in a digital marketing or agency setting Strong knowledge of email automation Proven success in running cold email campaigns and nurturing inbound leads Excellent copywriting and editing skills tailored to B2B audiences Deep understanding of SEO, digital marketing services, and client pain points Experience segmenting and targeting lists based on industry, behavior, and geography Strong analytical skills to assess campaign metrics and drive data-informed decisions Familiarity with GDPR and CAN-SPAM compliance Responsibilities: Plan, build, and execute lead generation email campaigns targeting US/UK/Canada-based businesses Develop email sequences (drip campaigns, cold outreach, newsletters) tailored to industry pain points and marketing goals Have his/her own Email Accounts for cold outreach A/B test subject lines, email content, layouts, and CTAs for maximum engagement and conversions Align email campaigns with agency service offerings (SEO, PPC, content, etc.) and client acquisition strategies Monitor deliverability, open rates, CTRs, and lead quality; report results and propose improvements Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and other email marketing laws and best practices Collaborate with the sales team to refine lead scoring, handoff, and follow-up workflows Maintain and grow a healthy email list of qualified leads.
