Email Marketing Specialist

Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist to manage and execute our email campaigns, nurture customer relationships, and drive engagement and conversions. The ideal candidate has strong experience with email automation tools, understands customer segmentation, and can write compelling content that aligns with our brand. Key Responsibilities: Plan, develop, and execute email marketing campaigns to support product launches, promotions, and customer lifecycle journeys. Build and manage email lists and segmentation strategies for targeted communication. Create high-converting email templates with strong subject lines, CTAs, and mobile responsiveness. A/B test subject lines, content, send times, and other elements to optimize campaign performance. Analyze and report on email performance metrics (open rates, CTR, conversion, bounce, unsubscribe rates). Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (e.g., CAN-SPAM, GDPR). Collaborate with content, design, and product teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding. Manage automated email workflows, nurture sequences, and drip campaigns. Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and best practices in email marketing.
