Key Responsibilities Plan and execute email & SMS campaigns end-to-end: from HTML/template setup to QA and scheduling. Manage lifecycle campaigns: onboarding, re-engagement, loyalty, transactional, and more. Create targeted segments to drive engagement and optimize conversions. Work with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with business goals. Use customer behavior and data insights to drive personalization and relevance. Perform A/B testing on subject lines, CTAs, content, timing, etc. Ensure deliverability and rendering across all devices and ISPs. Report on campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and global best practices. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 2 years of experience in email marketing. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms. Strong understanding of email best practices, regulations (GDPR/CASL), and deliverability. Knowledge of Google Analytics, HTML/CSS, A/B testing, and CMS. Familiarity with SQL and using data for campaign insights. Excellent communication and copywriting skills. Experience with segmentation, audience building, and performance optimization. Bonus Skills SEO/SEM knowledge Project management skills Creativity in content and template creation
