Embedded Hardware Design Engineer (Electronics Hardware Design & PCB Layout Skills) We are actively seeking an experienced Embedded Hardware Design Engineer with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our innovative electronics team. The successful candidate will have good experience in hardware design with a strong focus on PCB design. Your primary responsibilities will include designing, developing, and testing embedded hardware for various electronic products. This involves creating detailed schematics, selecting appropriate components, and performing circuit analysis to ensure functionality and reliability. A crucial aspect of this role is your expertise in PCB layout, ensuring optimal component placement, signal integrity, and manufacturability. You will be responsible for conducting EMI/EMC testing to ensure products meet regulatory standards and minimize electromagnetic interference. Furthermore, you will manage BOM (Bill of Materials) creation, ensuring accurate and cost-effective component selection. Experience with DFA/DFM/DFMEA (Design for Assembly/Manufacturability/Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) is essential to optimize designs for production, identify potential failure points, and ensure product reliability. You will work closely with software engineers, mechanical engineers, and manufacturing teams to ensure seamless integration of hardware and software, and that designs meet all functional and compliance requirements.
