Position Title: Embedded Hardware Engineer Fresher – Full TimeElectrify Services is one of the fastest-growing engineering services start-ups and is looking for a Jr. Hardware Engineer to play a key role in helping the company grow and take the business to the next level. This is an individual contributor role with a direct impact on company growth. We would like to see this position grow as the company evolves. Major Job DutiesØ Conducting meetings with design and engineering teams to determine the necessary hardware requirements.Ø Developing and designing components like printed circuit boards (PCBs), processors, memory modules, and network components.Ø Collaborating with software engineers to ensure software compatibility and integration with hardware components.Ø Generating performance and analytic reports to present and revise as necessary.Ø Troubleshooting and diagnosing issues, and recommending suitable repairs or modifications.Ø Implementing maintenance, repairs, and modifications to existing components.Ø Staying updated with the latest advancements in computer technology and design trends.Ø Testing hardware prototypes, analysing performance data, and interpreting the results.Ø Designing PCB layouts to ensure signal integrity.Ø Possessing knowledge of industry standards and certifications.Ø Being involved in embedded hardware design documentation, schematic design, layout design and review, unit test, and integration testing while adhering to hardware design standards and methodologies.Ø Maintaining and enhancing proficiency in embedded hardware engineering-related development environments, processes, and tools.Ø Possessing knowledge of interfacing microcontrollers such as STM32, Cortex M4, and AVR with hardware such as USB, UART, SPI, I2C, Timers, PWM, WDT, CAN interfacing.Ø Demonstrating strong communication and organizational skills to manage relationships with external suppliers and contract manufacturers.Ø Working collaboratively with the program manager and company leadership on critical product deliverables and timelines.These responsibilities are just the start! Tech / M.E. / M. Tech/ M.S. in Electronics or equivalent relevant degree. Ø Having knowledge in design software such as AutoCAD, Allegro, Altium, Etc.Ø Good understanding of software languages and integration processes.Ø Exceptional attention to detail and precision.Ø Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.Ø The ability to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology and design.Ø Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ø Team player with strong self-motivation and collaboration skillsØ Responsible for doing research, reviewing, and implementing best practices, new and emerging technologies, and design patterns for new and existing development.Ø Ability to use standard lab equipment such as an oscilloscope and spectrum analyzerØ Self-starter with the ability to operate effectively with minimal supervision Location: Ahmedabad, India.
